What’s On Your Plate?
What is “MyPlate,” and how can it help you make healthy food choices?
Participants will learn about the different food groups and how to build a balanced plate. Through an
engaging, interactive game, they will practice choosing foods that support a healthy
lifestyle.
The program is designed for ages 6-12.
Children outside of this age range are welcome to stay with a caregiver in the children’s play area.
Registration is required. Registration opens 2 weeks prior to the event.
