DESCRIPTION:What’s On Your Plate? \nWhat is “MyPlate\,” and how can it help you make healthy food choices? \nParticipants will learn about the different food groups and how to build a balanced plate. Through an\nengaging\, interactive game\, they will practice choosing foods that support a healthy\nlifestyle. \nThe program is designed for ages 6-12.\nChildren outside of this age range are welcome to stay with a caregiver in the children’s play area. \nRegistration is required. Registration opens 2 weeks prior to the event.
