Wee Make Music & Story with Miss Lea

This program is filled with music, movement, and book sharing for children and their caregivers age 12 months – 3 1/2 years old. Music and story telling offer rich language experiences. When children are read to they develop a larger vocabulary of understood words, because books expose them to the rare or unfamiliar words used less often in everyday speech.

This program is one of the many ways Pennsylvania Public Libraries support the PA Forward Initiative through providing basic literacy opportunities for learning. Adult participation is requested. Registration is required. NOTE: Please be advised that photographs may be taken at this event/program for use on the Hughesville Area Public Library website and in the press, library marketing materials, and other library publications. By registering for or attending this event, you consent to the library photographing and using your image and likeness. No names will be used. If you do not want your photograph taken, you may still register or attend the event, but please let the staff know.
